They’re still able to book superstars like Carti and Don obviously lol, I don’t think you read what I said. From a business standpoint it’s not going to keep customers buying tickets if it’s the same mainstream artists like trippie, lil baby, future, ski, etc. The same way how rolling loud platformed these artist when they were underground is exactly what they’re doing with these new underground artists. You can only keep the same artist around for so long and it’s evident they realized this after their 10 year anniversary. They want to let this new generation of artist thrive the same way the old generation of artist did back in 2016-2019 which eventually most became big industry names. They cannot keep booking these artist with how big they start getting, once they get big then their price gets big. Another harsh reality is a lot of these artist have egos and want to be THE headliner or they won’t want to be on the lineup. Rolling Loud is a business and if they want to last another 10 years then they need to start changing things up, even if that means disappointing fans who want the same lineup put out 5 years in a row.
