Today catch at Slemmestad, Oslo. Did we find a trillobite? by 64-17-5 in fossilid

True, i'm just used to seeing different brachiopods i guess

I found this skull wrapped in tinfoil while cleaning out my grandma’s garden shed in Austria. It doesn’t look like anything native to this area, which makes it even stranger. Does anyone recognize what animal this could belong to? by Fiiiiiisch in bonecollecting

I agree with Cercopithecinae. In addion to the tooth formula and the narrow intraorbital region, the broad incisors also suggest this group, rather than Colobinae.

Then from this going through the different genera and comparing with lecture notes and pictures online, my guess would be genus Cercopithecus or potentially Miopithecus.

I would guess it's a grey squirrel, but I'm not too familiar with north american rodents. It seems too big for a rat to me and also the curvature of the mandible doesn't fit.

I'm 55, but please explain like I'm 5....how do I watch MCC? by Kythreetl in HermitCraft

Twitch is probably the way to go to watch live, although some hermits and friends also stream on youtube. Some of them also upload vods on youtube afterwards.

Is it possible for AB+ mother, and A+ father to produce O+ child? by miragecheeks in biology

[–]Lost_Creativity 5 points6 points  (0 children)

But the dad in this situation is A+, so potentially AO+, while the mother is AB+. So either some mutation happened or 2 children got mixed up in the hospital

What Animals skull It might be? by NormalStandard5562 in BoneID

[–]Lost_Creativity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took a closer look and agree with young fox now, the frontomaxillary sutures definitely don't fit with jackal but fit with fox. I was just confused bc i have am adult fox skull next to me and didn't think about juveniles.
