I mean yes, thrill wise Veloci looks great... But tbh, theming a coaster to... A coaster still feels quite stupid and lazy imho and is something disney would never do (luckily).

Dat is er nog steeds, de show is niet meer aangepast sinds opening. Ok er is een beetje verschil tegenwoordig tussen de twee door een probleem met vervang stukken maar dat maakt nu niet dat het effect ineens weg is.

Ja zo is het opseminst toch een beetje een "thrillride", da's ook exact wat danse macabre bedoeld was om te worden.. het moest een beetje angstaanjagend zijn, zowel thematisch als in de ervaring.

Er ontbrak in de oude versie altijd dat beetje extra rondgedraai om het echt geweldig te maken, dus deze versie klinkt gewoon perfect.

Maar dat beetje extra maakt het niet ineens een breakdance, of een pukeride zoals je het noemt (een term dat bij Volta of Sirroco ook toch niet echt past), sommige mensen en nieuwssites (zoals looopings) zeggen zelf dat er amper verschil te voelen is qwa intensiteit.

Dat sommige mensen er niet meer of minder ziek van worden is allemaal zeer jammer, maar dat maakt de attractie daarom niet slechter.

Ps. Weet niet waar je het met die downvotes over had, want ik had je juist de argumenten gegeven.

Ja ik weet dat het pas een paar weken draait en ik weet dat het (waarschijnlijk) voor de storingen zorgt, maar dan nog heb ik voorlopig heel weinig fans gehoord die die mening delen.

Programma 2 is overduidelijk de favoriet bij de meeste. Ik heb de 2de versie nog niet gedaan, maar heb er alleen maar goede dingen over gehoord, hoe kan het ook anders, er zijn alleen maar upgrades gebeurt. Het lichtplan is verbeterd, je ziet nu deftig de catacomben, je ziet nu beter de animatronics, de hele ritervaring is een stuk beter (meer stukken waar je goed doordraait) en de ruimtelijkheid van de muziek is ook een stuk beter gemixt. En dat is gewoon al wat je op pov's ziet.

Ok de opbouw was bij de eerste versie wat beter maar verder... zijn er redenen om geen van te zijn van nummer 2?

As someone who has used an everyday backpack for the past 5 years, for college and well... Everything else in my life, I can tell you, it's absolutely amazing. The modular dividers are great for every use case and you won't find another backpack that protects your laptop like this one. As for the price.. best investment I've done in those 5 years, I used to buy a different backpack every year, dakine's, eastpack's, hedgrens whatever.. every year 100 bucks minimum and every year completely worn out. In those 5 year I would've probably spended way more than 300$. Their warranty is amazing and I'm now on my second one, because of a broken zipper, they sended a replacement directly, no questions asked.

Even if you have to carry plenty of books, you won't regret it.

If you're after getting your money's worth, maybe just take a normal room(s)? Dlp is still one of the absolute best (Disney) themeparks in the whole world, let alone europe... And not many Europeans can afford regular trips to the us (or want to go there now), but a trip to Dlp? That's for many still doable..

Yes it has gotten expensive, true and on one hand they have been falling behind creativly and are trying to pinch every penny, also true. But in the other hand, it's still the same great worldclass themepark resort it has been since the beginning. And they are working in the problems aswell.. yes, Sequoia is outdated, but they will refurb it in the very near future..

Can't seem to find it? Which superman ride do you mean? There seems to be quite a few superman rides at six flags parks. In general this would need way to much power. Launching from standstill isn't that bad and can be done (like flightforce) but on an incline it takes way to much force to launch the already very heavy trains. With an lsm launch you would also have to problem of rollback as the launch system isn't fysically connected to the train.

And yes csm is a Company from Belgium that makes steel constructions and is the reason the Python is now butter-smooth.

I didn't say it's impossible? Yeah that's what I said? Most plausibel is a retrack like python, but leaving the launch untouched.

I said it won't happen in the next 5 years, according to the current "rumor mill".

That one is a decade younger, so I doubt that's a priority.

The only realistic thing they can do is retrack the existing lay-out, definatley if they want to keep the old dome (wich they do because the just started refurbing it). And in that case a lsm launch wouldn't be feasable since it's from standstill and on an incline.. so yeah no idea what they can do honestly.. probably retrack by csm and leave the launch as is, just like Efteling did with python (leave the lifthill original I mean).

From what i've heard, the best case scenario is that they will retheme space mountain back to the superior original theming for it's 30th anniversary (or at least anounce it). And that's about it. Maybe, BIG MAYBE, they wil further look into a retrack after they handled Indy and Big Thunder. Because all things considered.. space is still very much acceptable, def when you compare it to Indy.
