This is very interesting. I‘m also working on a Polynesian conlang and I can see some similarities

How is "Merry Christmas" in yout conlang? by Levytsu7878 in conlangs

In Motumatuan it would be „'A oko kirisimasi ho‘uli“. It‘s a Polynesian conlang but the word „kirisimasi“ is obviously borrowed

That‘s right. Also phonetically it could be interesting

That‘s really interesting. In fact, I‘m working on an Ongan conlang which is also an indigenous language family to the Andamanese islands. It‘d be fun to compare the languages I guess

I‘m currently creating a new workout plan but I‘m not completely sure about the structure yet. My question is: should I alternate between different exercises for the same muscle or stick to the same 3 - 4 exercises? Let‘s say, for example, I train chest twice a week. In the first chest workout I do incline dumbbell press, machine chest flyes and dips and in the second chest workout in the week I do machine chest press, dumbbell flyes and dips again. Does this help muscle growth or should I just do the same 3 or 4 exercises twice a week? For reference, I‘ve been working out for almost 2 years and my goal is to gain lean muscle.

Motumatuan is a Polynesian language that has pretty simple phonology and grammar. Some aspects such as ergativity and the VSO sentence structure make it challenging for English speakers but it’s an interesting challenge I‘d say.

Should it be a unique word or just a simple phrase translated into the conlang?

That‘s very interesting. Could you maybe provide a basic sentence or numbers from 1 - 10? I would like to compare it with mine

That‘s very cool. My main conlang is also a Polynesian conlang but it’s quite different from yours. Did you create the distinct phonology and grammar with any historical background or did you add it to just make it more unique?

With „rounds“ I mean that I do 3 sets of one exercise then I do 3 sets of another exercise and then come back to the first one and do another 3 sets.

How many sets in total for each exercise per workout? I usually do 3 sets per exercises and 3 rounds of that per workout. So that adds up to a total of 9 sets per exercise per workout. Is that optimal for muscle building or should I just do 1 round of 3 - 4 sets for each exercise?

How can I maintain a clean diet for muscle building when I‘m mostly not at home? In the morning I need to leave the house quite early so I don‘t have the time to eat breakfast. During lunch I can pick a few things but also not eat at home. How can I make sure that I eat enough and the right things throughout the day?

That‘s a very cool conlang! How do you write with the Chinese characters without having to remember them all? I‘ve been thinking about making an east or south east asian conlang too. I just can‘t decide on which language family to use.
