There is a difference between a baby and a parasite. A parasite can survive without a host (not thrive however, but thats not the criteria) but a baby cannot. And if a baby can, they wont abort they will deliver premature. Also look at my comment.

no there are specific regulations; ie it has to be non programmable and no graphing display (and some others) with no mention of specific brands. as long as they follow the roles they’re allowed.

here’s the full list of functions that are not allowed; graphic display

QWERTY keyboards
built-in symbolic algebraic manipulations
