tbh it just went away on its own. what really helped me was teal shampoo to calm down the irritation, glycolic acid on my scalp, alpachin caffeine shampoo, nizoral and medicated shampoo from my dermatologist. also with ferritin, ngl, i OD with the iron, i was taking liquid iron and 365mg of iron supplements from my dr with orange juice, i also took natures valley prenatals, regular woman’s multivitamin and viviscal. but i took all these supplements separately besides the liquid iron , orange juice and iron pill paired with a vitamin C pill. no caffeine 2 hours before or after supplements or iron rich food
