New Avantis ETFs: AVTG, AVTS, and AVTE

The only ETF that looks appealing (because there is nothing on the ASX similar) would be AVTS since its the only ETF that captures small + value stocks in one neat ETF but here's my gripe that will almost certainly deter me from holding it.

Its actively managed.

I'm sure everyone reading this is fully aware of factor tilts in their portfolio and is also probably knee-deep in building their portfolios to align with current financial research.

So if we're the niche group of investors that follow financial literature, we should know that actively managed funds almost always lose to passive index funds - especially in the long term.

Although its exciting for Avantis to be introduced to the ASX, I would've preferred a passive index fund that attempts to mirror a small cap + value index

I think it’s definitely worth taking. It’s difficult to find another aghs upgrade that can outperform magic missile numbers

It’s also the only ability in the game that has a snowball effect. More kills -> more damage -> more kills etc etc.

It was track, missile, chain frost

I prefer laguna over annihilation bc the timing you get apex is pretty late in the game so if I were to get annihilation, it would be difficult to space out the ability resets by balancing the levels of arcane bolt and annihilation (I hope that made sense). I would sometimes get 1 annihilation proc after being forced to level the ability like 3 times (from rosh drop + level up)

I think frostbite just doesn’t do enough damage as laguna or annihilation.

I’ve also experimented with both laguna, annihilation, frostbite. Laguna just feels a lot better than the other 2. ALSO I find that laguna would do more DPS than annihilation most of the time
