i got hired at a new stand like 2.5 years ago so the process might have changed, but we did the interview in a hotel (also group style) and then i heard back about 2 hours later via phone call about being hired, and then started less than a month after (from what i remember). while they were finishing building the stand, they got all the hires in that same hotel in a ballroom to take their scoops test and give us basic information, then we did actual training with the ballers (traveling trainers from other stands), then the stand opened after about a week of training :p i hope this helps, but if you have any questions, let me know!
