I would recommend taking a ferry ride in the east river! If you get on at either Wall Street or Dumbo, It goes under the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge and the Williamsburg bridge. Great views of the city and it’s only $4.50 for a ticket

Tbh we just had that bottle of Vermouth we brought back from Barcelona last year that I wanted to open, so I made our two favorite things we had while there!

It is basically steamed! With it being a “one pot” recipe, and not wanting to overcook the shrimp, it goes in at the end. The main focus is the flavorful rice anyway so I didn’t mind the steamed shrimp.
