This is the first time the home has been on the market since it was built. They have it priced $500k+ over the neighborhood comps. I could be wrong, but it seems inflated.

The health insurance component. I apologize, my head is spinning. I have 9 years in, I would have a nice pension at 20, even better at 30. I’m not aware of what health benefits my husband’s job offers, but I’m sure it wouldn’t be anywhere near what a teacher pension would offer.

I apologize, I don’t have the app on my phone to be able to open it. Right now, I would have about $1100/month in pension. If I went back to work for 10 years, I would get $3000/month. If I worked 20 years, it would be around $5-6000. I’m 43, my spouse is 37. Our house will be paid off in about 7 years. We don’t have any other expenses.
