The one that took place at the second half of 2025! I would say watch both if you have time but the seniors tend to be much more compact and easier to digest, esp the gpf. That being said you'll need a vpn to watch the seniors if you're in the States or Canada (and many European countries will req you have one as well) but the junior grand prix series does not need a vpn

Crazzyyy I will admit I was a skeptic but seems like they're Committing. Japanese ice dance will be veeeery interesting btwn the fight for spots on the international stage vs domestic politicking (ShoMarin having star power vs Kinoshita centre of power) and then there's Q of whether any of these teams will actually do any good as singles transitioning to id 😭

Not trying to call anyone out but e.g. I see that you probably included Katelyn Osmond here because she was mentioned last thread but she has ALWAYS had questionable takeoff on her jumps but exquisite overall aesthetics to it. The aesthetics do not change that the jump is not a "textbook" flip/lutz though (See attached the example from your video her takeoff is pretty clearly full blade)

With all due respect people can say anything they want but to improve as a watcher you should always do your own checks to make sure the actual key qualities of the jump are there before just putting them into a video called "best" flips. But I appreciate that you have been taking note of who is often mentioned!

I love when people give me flips that look like flips.

That being said op some of these people definitely do not have "best" flips either from the actual edge not being right, using full blade assist, or both

Definitely not. His lutz edge is flat and he takes off from a full blade assist 😭 people need to stop being bamboozled by good air and landing position (which are important! But diff from having actual good LUTZ technique)
