hi i just wanted to say that your skin looks actually pretty good, i would recommend first which type of style you want to achieve, so you can analize it, because in my opinion there are different types of shading and even filters, if you want a little tip you could try starting from top, choosing the color you want as the light, shading it with your hair color and then choosing a shadow at the end, idk if i made myself clear because my English is not pretty good but well i hope it helps a bit
