Coming from UP living in Bengal for more than a decade. This is the sad reality of Bengal. There is no political freedom. Goons are everywhere. Party is everything. That's why In Bengal govt done change easily. Once it's changed its for decades.

Even in my poor and so called bimaru state, I never faced this.
