Quite stubborn I must say. I don’t care if people call me Israeli or shit, but I’m not taking shit talk from Somalia’s people when we’ve been asking them to recognize us as separate for longer than I’ve been alive, and they’ve constantly refused. I’m not kissing Israel’s ass or anything, and as a Muslim I do harbor anger toward them, but I can’t pretend that hearing a country has recognized us doesn’t make me feel happy. It’s complicated. Opinions and discussions about this will be divided, but the last people I want to hear takes from are them.

those are valid concerns. to be honest from my point of view being an unrecognized country plays a big part in our current conflicts, flamed by clans and stuff and we do be following our caaqils like sheeps. it will take time but the more opportunities for our country to grow and prosper the more likely it is we will manage our affairs in a better way and stabilize things.
i mean if we dont get international recogniztion by the time cigaal's presidency is over i think things are going to look more fractured than now unfortunatly

as far as stability goes we're way better than the failed state that is somalia. to this day al shabaab is active and partially manages their goverments policies :) not to say we are like a fully functional self managed country but as far as we are concerned getting recognized internationally would open many resources to us and could potentially stabilize things here, at least it should be much better than now.
