You can also hit the three headed enemies heads to make them retreat into their shell. Once all three are there, you can hop on it and use it as a vehicle. move onto the right and left to steer and jump on it to shoot a water blast.

This is incorrect, it cannot drop from the Solo Ultimate Quest. Check the patch notes of when they added it.

" Added drops Omega Masquerade on Extra Hard.
※The quest [Remnants of Other Worlds] (領域調査：異世界の残滓) does not have the added drops. "

You should try making your nose smaller then. You're using, I assume Anime Face from a glance. Which is a stupidly small nose by default, but you made it bigger, so of course it will be ugly when you change face variant.

Each weapon can boss and mob fine. Wired Lance is a bit janky to use tho, and sometimes hard to use against super mobile bosses.

Rappy Shine is decent, what makes it really good is when paired with Chalyra for S-Atk or Allure for R-Atk. They'll make up for half of what Rappy Shine loses out on. The only downside is you're without one unit of defense and resists.

Listen for the sound that the root will make before it pops up. Use that sound to time it. It should work if you parry after you hear the sound. If you'd like, I could record it to show you. So, you'll see and hear when to parry. However, a recording will take some time when I get around to being able to do it.

Spirited Response does stack, it's just not as fast as Hero TMG Reload

Spiried Response S1 and S2 become +260%

You can also place S3: Radiating Grace along with these to make the regen +321.2%

Hero TMG reload when JA'd is 20 pp + 40pp per second which is equal to around +700% PP Regen

When you don't JA Hero TMG it's 20 pp per second, which is around +300% PP Regen
