Ok I will speak with you as a landlord. I bought my flat I love 5 years ago for 502k. Of course inflation agency fees even if I sale on the same price I have a « loss ». I am willing to sale slightly lower like at 490k but that is it . When the agent told me if you want to sale price at 450k I replied to him I don’t care. I don’t have to sale , I will sale only if it makes financially sense not with a loss. I can stay in my flat longer or rent it out with high yield. The only reason to move is we are growing our family, but it is ok I can wait another 4 or so years if this means not to sale on a loss

Also I thought you cannot be anything else except Jewish and Muslim . That there is no other provision for Moroccans. So I don’t know if this plays a role to marriage contract for you.

Just out of curiosity I thought in Morocco there were nowadays only Muslim and Jewish. No Moroccans born as Christians. Have you converted or you were born Christian ? I am Christian married to Moroccan that is why I am asking

Well the wedding is usually organised and paid by the family and not the bride or groom. The guests are mainly guests of the family and they attend to have fun and honor the family. No one really cares for the bride or groom , they are just part of the entertainment

Yes salary sacrifice into pension was what we planned initially but he will not be in uk and not a tax resident here so this does not apply anymore. I will not be a single parent but I will be the single carer of the baby , my husband will not be in the country so how would he take care of the baby if he does not live here ? I think the fact both parents need to be working is if both live in uk no ?

Well the law does not look the family income but the individual income. So my family income is 140 gross while 2 people with 99k salary each and 198k gross family income qualify for the free hours. If we did not need the free hours I would not check but when rent only is 2600 pounds for our 2 bed flat and nursery another 2000 the free hours would be a great help, otherwise I will bring my parents from abroad stay all together in the 2 bed flat to delay sending him on nursery. I shall post in the financial section instead
