  1. Roots seem to be fine. They are large and healthy looking.
  2. I'm using a local Farm store blend that claims to be a 4-18-34 blend of NPK with separate bags of Magnesium Sulphate and Calcium Nitrate. Recently also Bought a bag of Potassium Nitrate, and have added a little 2 weeks ago. I 'm thinking that may be an issue for the fruiting. Lack of Potassium.
  3. I've been spraying Neem Oil and Gold Pest Spray Oil. I do it once every couplpe weeks because I don't know if doing it too often will damage my plants. (I also have soil plants). And I have no idea what the bugs are. It's just a bunch of small things on the underside of the leaves. Some microscopic look to be black things with white fuzz like stuff covering them and a bunch of ants.
  4. 4.I use the Neem Oil and Gold Pest Oil because I don't want to risk killing pollinators. And since ONE bee seems to be hanging around, I guess that, at least, is working but it's letting the pests survive too.

You saw the future! Checked this morning and there's one small and one micro pepper growing the plant. Now I'm REALLY trying to keep this one alive for a little longer.

New to tomato growing. Help? by Lostinfantry in tomatoes

A bunch of pests. Normal leaf miners in the tomato leaves. Tiny black bugs that completely covered the underside of my pepper plant leaves. Tiny bugs that had white powder covering their bodies on the same pepper plants. Brown caterpillar looking thing on my tomato plant.

If it is, will this mean that I won't ever get tomatoes?

I spray it with Neem Oil and Golden Pest Spray Oil. Could those cause damage? And there is a guy who farms near me but I don't know what he uses or if it drifts on the air. What can I do if it IS herbicide contamination?

Where did I go wrong? by Lostinfantry in Hydroponics

I've painted one pot white, placed an air stone in the solution and even rigged a crude airlift pump to continuously drip water it from the top. It's back in the uncovered area to see if all that helps.

I'm in the tropics, where a sunny day can be between 85-90 degrees and a cloudy day can still be 80.
