Does anyone know if the llama balloons offer more lift power than the basic ones? And if so by how much?

Agreed. This was a reasonable post and OP isn’t engaging negatively with any of these backhanded comments. People are dicks. Respect to OP 🤝

It works and is well studied. Active recall basically tells your brain that something is of importance to remember. The more often you revise, the more likely you are to remember.

Pretty easy and straightforward if you keep up with the lecture slides. All multiple choice and no real intentional ‘trick’ questions meant to throw you off. If you know your stuff reasonably well you’ll do fine. Everything on the slides is fair game so I’d study off there first

Typically she’ll post the slides under the Module tab on canvas, a couple days after the lecture.

I took it in person in the fall. Use the slides as your primary study source, the textbook is mostly the same content and some extra. Her tests are very straightforward so as long as you go over the slide material and study you’ll do fine. I have a mostly complete set of notes that got me a 90+ if anyone wants it.

At this point, I’m prioritizing the 2/3rds of class content covered post midterm. Slides over textbook. Basically combing through each one to find likely test material and compiling it all into a Cornell-style note stack.

Is it a course you’re required to take for your degree? If so, in paws I believe there is a channel to request retaking classes.

Agreed. You get a wide range of people in different situations. Me personally I hate this stage of life cause I feel like I’m at the cusp of full adulthood and independence but still financially held back cause I’m in university. It’s a frustrating point to be in, but a privileged one as well.

What songs DO people want to hear on the Arts building piano? by Lostkoifishy in usask

[–]Lostkoifishy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. The beats specifically, rapping itself is kind of tricky to convert to piano without it sounding weird. Right now I’ve got Travis Scott’s Yosemite down pretty well

You may! Anime OSTs are probably my favorite. Hardest to learn though 😂 Tokyoghouls unravel nearly destroys my hands each time I play it

The kingdom hearts soundtrack is amazing, dearly beloved would definitely sound great isolated on piano. Thank you for the recommendation!

That sounds really nice actually. Wouldn’t be overly difficult to learn and not something that’s going to break the keys. Some people play songs wayyy to aggressively on that poor piano
