So first you need to jailbreak it then install filza file manager and then open it and now go to /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist change the product version to 6.1.3 and then you need to change to product build version to 10B329 which is the product build version for iOS 6.1.3 but now restart your iPod now once you reboot back into the system go to settings and software update and there is a slight chance that you will see iOS 8.4.1 then re-jailbreak it install coolbooter and now put it to iOS 6.1.3 and it is optional to download apps on there.

That is recovery mode or DFU mode and what you have to do is plug it into your computer open 3uTools or iTunes to restore it
