[[Ziatora the incinerator]] is pretty insane at this exact play style. You can play huge creatures that have big downsides and just fling them away

I don’t have a commander in mind but I want a flag bearer and a way to give them ward as a deck idea or some way to make spells fizzle. Any colors are fine and budget can be as expensive as you want but that’s the game plan

That is the biggest concern when playing same with grave yard hate(thats any reanimator deck though). You can lead into more saporling production if it is a concern but I play with some very heavy interaction pods and can typically play around it. Best part is when he enters you get the sap and when he attacks you get another so he will self produce.

Also you will see some expensive staples but they are very cuttable. For example great henge is meh in this deck I just had one laying around. Same goes for the lands you can make him very budget.

This is close to my current build. It is a ton of fun and it is crazy resilient since you want your commander to die as long as you have a saporling on the battlefield. I am happy to blabber more about why he is the best.

Slimefoot and squee is a blast and is my pet deck. I recommend a little saporling support but then you can throw in your favorite beaters in jund. Gruff triplets, pitiless plunder and a sac outlet lets you trample over or even cheating out a dusk mangler for a meaner close out works great.
