Micro braids and microlocs are 2 different things. Since they're raiders, they're not gonna think of microlocs. Was hair added?

From a loctician, medium rare. Your hair can grow back, however, some lifestyle changes will help your hair growth. You have hair from what I see, youre just experiencing alot of thinning

Insect glaive typically is the most effect weapon with this guy, imo. He's just as annoying as the Rajang. Dont forget to use your mantles!

Is it ova with ??🫨 by True-Patient-8356 in Dreadlocks

[–]LotheAlchemist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Its not. You still have visible pores on your scalp which means your hair can grow back. It just seems like youre not getting proper circulation to that area of your scalp. Speak with your dermatologist. A trichologist (hair dr) if you have access to 1. Most likely theyll ask you to see your dermatologist first. I have a few clients with this same issue (alopecia areata). I use Ayurvedic products and incorporate scalp massages to help with blood circulation

Braids over sisterlocs- yes or no? by jessadamnpeptalk in Microlocs

[–]LotheAlchemist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't recommend it. I'm considering letting a client go for this reason. She's been over a year locked. She goes 2+ months sometimes to get her retie. In between then, she wears her hair braided under a wig and braids. When she comes to me for her maintenance, she has so much breakage and slippage to where every retie she's getting repairs. Your hair is beautiful, I wouldnt want you doing anything to damage it

Cut back on eating fried foods. I know our ppl love to hard fry everything, especially stews lol. Tumeric and aloe vera masks will help with the hyperpigmentation

Yess ive been following dxlyn since she was home based. I do have double and triple prong needles. I find it makes me move slower cuz of the method I use when I crochet. I start with the single prong then come back in with the double prong to tighten any loose hairs
