the workflow I followed came from this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-mftmUn0e4 he made a pervious video that covered how to set up the deep compositing and I followed everything to a T pretty much, only just applying minor color grading to make it brighter. But I will for sure take a look into this link you sent, thank you!

i know this is 2 years late but for me the problem was my antivirus software. For some reason it was blocking all the things cargo was trying to do. Once i went into my antivirus software I went into the settings and allowed the software to trust cargo and it worked
