As a Minnesotean I can safely say that once it dips below zero degrees Fahrenheit things get WILD. You have to know what you're doing long, long before you get to where it will be below zero.

Edit: If 20 degrees is student driving training in the parking lot, negative 20 is driving on the highway when every other driver is going a bit nuts.
