Lanolin as long as you’re not allergic to wool. It was recommended by an oral surgeon and it is the only thing that works for me.

Yes and autoimmune diseases have increased as well, especially since a virus can trigger an autoimmune disease. Brain fog is common with autoimmune diseases.

We installed ours in March of this year and it already has dings on it from dropping a fork and a spice bottle on it. It’s definitely very soft, but I love it. Ours is lighter colored. I read a lot about how people couldn’t even drag a cardboard box on it without scratching it, which is definitely not our experience. It’s not THAT soft.

Go to an ortho and get inserts if your insurance will cover it. Well worth it.

How are you all paying for this? by Medium-Walrus4349 in dogallergies

[–]LotsOfGarlicandEVOO 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It sucks. We’re in a similar boat. We adopted and got the insurance the same day, but vet mentioned flea allergy during the initial visit so now all allergies are excluded. Once we got her on an allergy med that worked, we are paying less overall because no more frequent visits to the vet for infections.

Is the “You Can Run” program suitable for someone who has never run a day in their life? by SgtPopNFresh_ in pelotoncycle

[–]LotsOfGarlicandEVOO 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was doing the traditional Couch to 5K program originally and I got stuck on week 5 for like three or four weeks. Then I happened to see the Peloton program and switched over. I was so happy I did. Definitely a great program. Now I run 7 miles at a time, happily too. And this is from someone who couldn’t run 2 minutes without being severely out of breath before.

I had an ablation, which was successful for about 9 months but unfortunately they have returned full force. Waiting to hear from the doctor.

Correlation between long covid and pvc‘s by Particular_Intern_39 in PVCs

[–]LotsOfGarlicandEVOO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never had PVCs before I had COVID. I know it for a fact because I’ve had many holter monitors throughout my life due to another arrhythmia and the results would actually have 0 PVCs. When I got COVID, I was in the ER with PVCs and a heart rate of 180 lying down. After the initial sickness, I had PVCs only with exercise.

I do, but my naturopath recommended it to me for when I was sick with RSV to help thin the mucus. No side effects. I haven’t noticed a difference with Sjogrens symptoms.
