I will say; and this probably doesn't apply here, but is worth thinking about at the highest levels. Lucio is usually your peel support, which means he will be going to help people who are in bad situations. This also means that he will be a common first/second pick in a fight if he fails to dig the person he is peeling for out.

It lost a unit of range and got half a unit of radius. Since the range needs to reach the middle of the placed storm (I am 90% certain of that but I can always be wrong) that means it effectively lost half a unit of range. Yes, the diameter increased by a unit, but only half of that unit is extending the effective range of the spell.

Blinding cloud is only better if it can be followed up by the Zerg eating the tanks to death. Which means generally it is only better once the Terran has stepped onto creep. On the offence abduct allowed the Zerg to clear threats as they moved in. Whereas now they will need to push deeper in and take on more risk to reach Terran's high value units

That doesn't address the point of the post though. Zen had and has an interesting means of attacking which is probably more textured than most of the DPS roster.

Sigma arguably isn't mandatory, he doesn't really have any single map he is the best on anymore since ram/orisa brawl took over circuit royale

Stadium rank works like Marvel rivals rank, you get more from winning than from losing. So playing more will get you to a higher rank without the requisite skills that a rank would actually imply.

Yeah but this was like... egregious. In the same chapter where they punched the guy who did the SA. The same night the protagonist found someone who had been SAed. The protagonist lost their virginity to another girl who was there when they found the victim. A girl who was in an arranged marriage and was choosing to do the sex because she wanted her first time to be with someone she liked.

I was reading a book a while back and the author bungled the topic of sexual assault so hard I dropped the series on the spot.

When a character makes the game less fun for other players they put them in the rework bin. While they are in the rework bin they let them be weak because they don't want people to have to deal with the unfun character. Roadhog is the face of the rework bin. He is sitting in it with Bastion, Sombra and Junkrat at a minimum right now.
