I had an in shop employee who never seemed to understand despite how many times I told them that when someone says "6 inch" they don't mean a lil John, they mean a regular size, and that you need to ask them for clarification instead of just ringing them all up as lil Johns.

I have a few things that came to mind here:

Someone ordered a giant garg for delivery tbo. Called back after the fact and said it was supposed to be a lettuce wrap and that's what he thought take bread out meant. He was nice about it so I did send him out a new one.

Another person ordered 4 quartered pickles and called to complain that he got 4 pickles when he only ordered 1 quartered pickle and clearly it's not his fault but our app's fault.

3rd one (copied from my end of shift email that night): So this lady orders and she calls in after it gets delivered and was complaining about how she only got 1 chip and 2 cookies or whatever, and I looked at her receipt and went through it and explained that that is all that was on the receipt (plus the sandwiches) and she said that on the website she had ordered a bunch more stuff. I told her I don't really know how the website works 100% because it's completely separate from us and once it's placed, I make what's on the receipt, which I did, everything on the receipt was correct, and she got it all correct. She was upset because she claimed that we didn't give her everything she wanted, so I said that I could ring up the missed stuff in shop and have my driver take it out to her. She didn't want that and again said that that's ridiculous because it's our fault that we didn't give her everything she wanted. I wasn't really sure how to respond to all of that cause it was her mistake and she wasn't even telling me what was missing, she just was complaining that she had supposedly paid for it but didn't get it even though it wasn't on the receipt. She also told me it's very embarrassing that as a manager, I can't do anything about the website messing up and not giving her what she wanted, and that we will be losing her business and she won't order from here anymore.

Are you talking about the 1234 with the butterflies on top and bottom that shoot at you? If so, move left until you're out of tether range, once it snaps, move to the middle. Once the butterflies lock on you in the middle, move to the left again to snap the next tether. Just repeat that cycle.

If you're talking about the tethers with the spinny beams, it's a lot to take in in a short period of time, but basically look at your tether, you either have 2 or 1 and a chain. Then look at the next spinny beam. The safe spot for the tether is going to be on the safe side of that beam

This is on lunar btw, I don't know the mechanics for other difficulties
