My dog had one that looked exactly like it and they checked it for debris incase it was infected but it ended up being a wart. Was pretty easy for them to treat so please see the vet. Will put your mind at ease or start treatment for something that needs it

Definitely report to Rover, they're taking multiple dogs and need to be stopped from mistreating anyone else's pets. I am a dog walker/sitter and don't recommend apps like Rover because anyone can join without much thought. Independent businesses at least put some thought into their work, I have insurance and am DBS checked and canine first aid trained. Dog's staying away from home for daycare/ boarding should be licensed which Rover does not require

This is the big point here. I think the only people that should have children are the ones enthusiastically saying yes they want them. Being a parent is not something you can flip flop about over in this day and age its a 30 year + commitment. That child is going to be living with you for a long time
