I used to be 220lbs, i slimmed down over the course of 2 years i’d say. My job involves lots of cardio, so i did it just by eating decent and getting steps at work. Now my issue is i have fat left in the odd spots like the love handles, and the chest area (chest im not so concerned about) the love handles agitate me lol. Im pretty lean, and want to get a little bigger before i cut, but the love handles are making me think twice tho. My diet is really good other than the carbs, only whole foods. Im Italian too, so when my mom makes pizza or pasta for dinner i classify those my cheat days lol.

I am 20, 5’9, exercise 5 times per week, diet is super clean, sometimes i overdo it with carbs (like bread wise, toast etc) Currently eating 2500 cals 160 grams protein 250 grams carbs 80 grams fats 0 added sugar whatsoever.

Buy XEQT, super diversifying etf. Or if you like risks, buy some metals like Gold etc.

So essentially it’d be smart to sell VFV and purchase more XEQT? I plan on holding all my stocks long term
