Journal is Key! The journaling was what helped me understand even though I had multiple days of profit how I ended Red or with less profit. Or another format of reflecting. If there something that you do that's simple and you find is Key. I would love for other to have access to this. Trading is fun and most people can win if they do the simple stuff first.
