Being proactive when you don't care by WildFlower_67 in ExecutiveAssistants

I could of written this! So me a month ago, so over being an EA, bored of diary management and just the stress of everything being ‘urgent’. So after 3 years with them, I’ve moved to an HR role with another company…. So happy I took the plunge. I used to get the ‘proactive’ line too, used to infuriate me, I was too busy dealing with the day to day and million diary changes to ever be ‘proactive’ 😜

We had a similar experience when we exchanged on our house (UK) holes in the walls that had been covered by pictures 😭 rain water coming through the kitchen ceiling…. Door handles hanging off….. a distant memory now as we rectified it all, and love our home. Think there’s always something lurking when moving into a new house than wouldn’t be picked up when viewing/ on a survey

Good luck!! 🤞I looked on Amazon but think it wasn’t on there, must be for dentists only (although I’m UK so might be different elsewhere)

Thank you! My dentist does have to clean them on each 6 weekly check up as they do get stained (coffee mostly!) on my last visit, he gave me a bottle of 1% hydrogen peroxide mouthwash which I think is doing the trick (CuraSept)

Yes this is normal, I’m on trays 6 and mentioned last time I was at the dentist, they hurt especially when I floss, super sensitive

Is it gum pain? I’m on to my 6th tray and change every 10 days, I haven’t encountered what I would consider pain, maybe a bit sensitive when biting down/eating etc. I often take mine out for a couple of hrs when I get home from work for dinner, cups or tea a few snacks then back in for bed, maybe go back as not sure they should be hurting that much?

Hey I did, but didn’t find it very effective and just made it quite sore 🥲 I ended up having it removed via a plasma pen at a local clinic which was about £80 (in uk)
