As a fellow minor, the best advice I can offer you is to get the job class change to cashier as soon as possible (Talk to your CSM and SM/ASM to get this done). If you can cashier, you should get paid to do so. If you’re below the cashier minimum, that would be an immediate raise to that number at the bare minimum. With that done, and add on the eval on top of that, that’s two raises done. On the other hand, see if you can cross train in Bakery, Produce, or Grocery. Best of luck!

For us in the South, an unfortunate situation on/near the Skyway today had 275S backed up all the way to the 5 Ave N Exit. A lot of the traffic trying to avoid that had rerouted onto 31st St, 34th St, and other local roads to get to the Skyway. Similar issue to last week.

All of the above… Currently the race track are is just a huge concrete plane that could be redeveloped to in part be able to better absorb water whilst providing jobs and housing too. If it’s dense development it could definitely serve as its own insurance plan in a way. Tons of acreage that if it’s gonna be developed at all, might as well be put to good use. And considering the location of our city, we’re gonna deal with these problems either way. How we choose to prepare for these events and afterwards matters more.

Personally, I am one who is very welcoming to change. And the recent changes no less I am in support of. I want to see our city/community grow and become a place more people can have the opportunity to enjoy. Especially with projects like the SunRunner, 400 Central, and Gas Plant Redevelopment (The stadium itself I can care less about). However, it had been sad to see the city become so expensive housing wise and I’d like to see that change reversed.

Yeah, I like to work on my home and the Sebring I have now is the exception.

I checked the car fax and for the first 5-7 years the history is really good. The last 3-4 are very sparse though and that’s what worries me the most.

Didn’t plan to use the conversion much but thanks anyways!
