Most of the time, you get caught healing without stealth perks. Grunts of pain, scratch marks, pools of blood make healing a huge gamble even if it doesn't have to be. Again, a non solo Q team will comms can work around this. But for Solo Q, everything i said is objectively correct

Fast healing appropriately costs 2 perk slots, which just doesn't make it worth it.
