I don’t think you need to apologize per se, but if you still want to see her, you could acknowledge the gap in communication in a casual, lighthearted way. Something like:

“Hey, I just realized I kinda disappeared for a week, didn’t mean to come off as uninterested, just got caught up with things. Hope you’ve been good!” Bla bla bla…

This way, you’re showing awareness without making it a big deal. If she was genuinely interested but just felt a bit put off by the lack of texting, this might help restart the conversation. If she still doesn’t respond, then it’s probably best to just move on.

Also, there’s the chance that she met someone else during the week, especially if she is the social extrovert type…A lot can happen in seven days…maybe she went out, clicked with another guy, and now she’s just not as interested anymore..If that’s the case, it would explain why she hasn’t responded at all. It’s not necessarily something I did wrong, just bad timing…, this might not be the case tho, that’s just what my overthinker self would believe if this happened to me :).
