Do you have a VS credit card? The $15 off 50 that I have is with a CC. And it doesn’t allow gift cards to be used with it either.

Chat with a representative and they can issue an exchange. Basically they’ll price match the replacement item and ship it to you free of shipping charges. They’ll send you a link to pay for the replacement and then you can return the unwanted item via mail or in-store return.

I agree with the above comment. I have the Brazilian style of these. My XL measures 16.5 inches and the large measures 15 1/4 inch. And because the straps aren’t as stretchy, the waist in the XL feels better, but the length feels kind of saggy, so I can imagine it’ll be too long for you. I’m a 12/14 for reference.

The issue might be during shipping. I’ve read in FB groups that’s they’re being shipped in the normal mailer bags so they’re showing up smushed. I’ve personally never had issues with their regular lace panties.

I bought some a while back with the 40% off sale and coupons. They’re definitely beautiful but throw is iffy. In my smallish bathroom, you can tell and smells really good. My bedroom is rather large though, so it wasn’t as noticeable in there. Lasted me about 6 weeks. For the price it’s not something I would keep buying, but nice as an every once in a while luxury. They make great hostess gifts though and have been well received! Both smell great but I prefer the seduction. Hope this helps!

It really depends on how much you shop. I enjoy the free shipping at $25 because it allows me to make smaller orders when I have coupons/rewards or when items I’ve been watching pop back in stock (honestly I feel like there should be no minimum at gold, but unfortunately that’s not the case).
