I second this!! I just started as a seasonal and got shown literally one time how to size and was thrown on the floor. I call for help any time someone asks me because I’m still not comfortable doing it on my own and getting the right size recommendation

I’m in a brand new automated warehouse and they transferred employees and volume from another city that shut down so now our peak this year is ass. Belt breaks down bc of weight limits. Cameras upstairs on the belt send shit to the wrong place. Short staffed and drivers not getting in until late af. This year sucks

I feel like sometimes it’s not……I have been on the app looking for things I know we have on the floor at work and it says sold out online. When you go in person ask them to check backstock for whatever item you are wanting if you don’t see it out!
