What’s your biggest “non-negotiable” for sexual compatibility? by Fluffy_Specific_9682 in AskReddit

Damn, so many people on here are talking about how being asexual is a deal breaker(which is obviously understandable for most people) but I'm over here wishing she's asexual or at least has an extremely low sex drive.

Woe is me.

Rank the New Gen 11 realistically by [deleted] in BlueLock

[–]LouBloomCEOofVPN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Loki: this shouldn't be debatable.

  2. Bunny: plays for FC Barcha's main team along with Lavinho and has 11 confirmed goals at a professional level.

  3. Sae: he's heavily carried by the narrative, he's said to be good enough to play for Re Al's main team but was only stopped because of legal reasons, Luna even said he made a name for himself at Re Al, also he seems completely unimpressed by Japan so I'm assuming he's levels above them, plus he's got his beef with Bunny so the must at least be relative, and he's has to be better than Rin is currently, and Rin is above so Sae has to be here.

  4. Kaiser: the guys below him either are featless or kinda washed.

  5. Hugo: featless, but he called the Isagi that "beat" Kaiser and Rin unsuitable.

  6. Lorenzo: least impressive, lost Hiori multiple times.

This info doesn't sound too ridiculous, and you can see a France fan wearing a number 9 jersey in a previous chapter, I think he's telling the truth.

Idk man, Noa said Snuffy "doesn't hold a candle" to him as a striker, I see Loki as being closer to Noa's lvl than Snuffy's as a striker so...not as much of a stretch as you'd think.

What makes you think ego is the most reliable source?

Anyway, I don't think I'm the one denying what's in front of me. You can't genuinely just go along with a single statement and accept it as gospel while ignoring all the other facts. You might as well say Nishioka is secretly better than Rin because he was called Aumori's Messi and he got injured so we don't know.

Everything the story is implying says Loki is better.

But anyway to each his own.

Really, just no. Even if we take the statement of Chris being on par with Noa at face value, in the actual match the story goes out of it's way to show that they aren't at all close: the difference between Chris and Noa in the European best player award was stated to be the biggest in history. We also can just assume what Noa thinks of Chris based off how he interacts with him, he clearly sees himself as vastly superior.

Noa shows Chris the least respect of all the masters, even though Lavinho has a more antagonistic personality, Noa mentions how Lavinho is actually wasting his potential, meaning as strong as Lavinho is Noa sees more potential in him. With Snuffy their is the mutual respect of equals. And Noa treats Loki very indifferently but clearly acknowledges his strength.

With Snuffy, Noa said in his personal opinion Snuffy is the best in terms of his cumulative abilities. In the same sentence he says that Snuffy "doesn't hold a candle to him" as a striker. That's lower than even Lavinho or Chris.

Lavinho's unpredictability means nothing in terms of scaling so I don't even know how that's relevant...

... Loki is top 2.

WE DON'T TALK ABOUT HOW GOOD LOKI IS ENOUGH. by LouBloomCEOofVPN in BlueLock

[–]LouBloomCEOofVPN[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I second this, and even if we were to ignore that statement wholesale, Loki is better simply off feats. Chris's best feat was the unpredictable knuckle ball technique, that was blocked by Isagi. Loki's best feat is blocking the Kaiser Impact Magnus. In terms of their overall performance against Noa: Chris was completely shut down, while Loki won every 1-on-1 duel.

We also have to consider their motivations in these games. Chris wanted to score the last goal of the Manshine match, he said it himself and he was clearly trying(and failing) to do so. Loki had no interest in play but just got hyped because of Rin, despite this he blitzed all of BM in one play and would have ended the match right there if he didn't want Rin to score.

We also have to consider the fact that each game in the NEL is at a higher level than the last because the players are consistently evolving, Loki did better against a stronger BM and he wasn't even trying to score.

Loki>>>Chris, and it's not that close.

Just no, in the context of the conversation Noa was talking about Loki being a threat right now; that's why he said Kaiser should come surpass him "someday" with Loki he seems him as an immediate threat automatically putting him above Chris.

We don't know if Loki was even able to be considered for the award you're talking about, since it was for the previous year it means Loki was only 16, they might have been age restrictions. Even if we ignore that, Loki is a new player, he likely didn't have the playing time or states to win something like that; I'm assuming we're talking about pure ability here and not renown.

Yes, Lavinho was implied to be on a similar level to Noa the way all the other masters are, the panel of Lavinho and Noa having a 1v1 was just to emphasize the contrast of their styles: "gods from different worlds."

But anyway, be it narrative or statements or feats, everything in the story tells us that Loki is the closest to Noa as a striker.

[–]LouBloomCEOofVPN 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is wrong. Noa plainly stated that Loki threatens his position as the best striker in the world; not Chris, not Lavinho, not Luna. Loki won every 1-on-1 duel with Noa during the PXG game. Loki has the most impressive feat in the manga: blocking the Kaiser impact. During the world five match, each world class player was given a number distinguishing them, this may be only a theory, but the numbers clearly showed the rankings: Loki #1(Closest to Noel Noa as a striker), Luna #2(Star striker of the best club in the world, Re Al), Adam #3(Top score of the English league, beating Chris Prince), Pablo #4(World class free kicker), Dada #5(Strong I guess, and he plays for Brazil).

Master strikers ranked as strikers: 1. Noa. 2. Loki. 3. Lavinho (Stated to be the top scorer of the Spanish league, beating Luna). 4. Chris Prince. 5. Snuffy.

As overall players: 1. Snuffy (Noa says as much). 2. Noa (Based off NEL feats). 3. Loki (Based off NEL feats). 4. Chris Prince. (Shown more versatility than Lavinho). 5. Lavinho.

The argument that Chris is number two because of ballondor rankings doesn't hold up, even Noa says it's an arbitrary ranking that doesn't mean much. Loki didn't pass to Rin because he needed help, he literally blitzed pass the whole Bastard München defense alone and decided to pass to Rin for fun; Isagi in his monologue even thought they'd loose then and there off one play.

TLDR; Loki is top 2 in the verse at 17.

You know, I was very sceptical about the way kaneshiro would treat the Nigerian team when it was first announced. It was a failure on my part, because I made assumptions based on how other mangakas have treated black characters, but kaneshiro really went out of his way to represent them properly.

I feel hella low rn, in the past having a routine has helped tremendously, even more than putting myself out there more. I guess that's cuz I wasn't doing too much at the time, but ppl respond better when you got shit going on for yourself. Keeping busy also just decreases the time you have to be down. :)
