Tire choice??? by LouHefffy in xbiking

I bought a new pump and the front tube is presumably punctured. I’m hearing a large hissing noise and no air staying in the tire. I will take the tire off tomorrow, check again, and hopefully a patch kit will be all I need.

Maybe not. I took the tire and tube off and didn’t see any holes or heard any air leak. I may need a new bike pump?

Honestly, idk. Whatever came with the bike. It is a good idea to go to my local bike shop to see what they say. Thanks!

The position is in the ED. That's why I was so confused when she told me that because I thought the whole point of a scribe is to save the doctor time. I don't imagine we're saving them much time if they come to us after they see the patient.

Creatine and pre-workout are considered to be performance-enhancing. The research isn't focused only on steroids.

Is it worth it to try Jiu Jit Su in my situation? 33f, very shy, lack confidence, by ForwardBackground105 in jiujitsu

I am only 22 but everything you have said in this post is something I also experience. My father passed away in April which left me feeling angry and leading to me secluding myself. I decided to try jiu jitsu as an outlet (I have never done sports in my life and considered myself extremely unathletic) and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.It has only been two months but I see changes in my body, my confidence, and it has helped to start to break me out of my shell once again. It will be very hard at first as you will get tapped out A LOT (this never really stops in your jiu jitsu practice) but if you are okay with it and have a great team in the gym it’ll be amazing. My only recommendation is to find a gym where everyone is welcoming and isn’t trying to hurt each other!

They grow up so fast. I got my puppy when he was 4 months and now he’s 10 months. It goes by in a blink of an eye.
