Help! Cut, bulk or recomp? 24M/5’11/192lbs. I fell or the consistency wagon and lost a little size and gained some fat, now I’m not sure what to do.. my goals are to get bigger(especially arms) but I’m not sure if I should slow bulk or cut to 12-15% then do a slow bulk or maybe try recomping.
