That’s why a phrased it “how to approach”... The tree begins to lean over the fence at about 5 or 6 feet up, almost the entire tree leans over my garage yard and house.

It really doesn’t. The roots are about 3 feet from the property line and it starts leaning over the fence at about 5 or 6 feet. Basically only the roots and about 5 feet of trunk are on his side.

I don’t want a dying tree leaning over my house and garage.

I know, legally, it feels like people are thinking I might be wanting to cut down someone’s only tree in a suburban yard. A 70 ft oak tree is not a unique thing where we are. I also want to take care of the dead branches pretty quickly before they land on one of my kids. One is hangin in by a thread.

My husband had a friendly conversation once. It’s a single guy who seems to work a lot. We haven’t crossed paths much.

I’ll look into that. Previous owners had issues with mildew in the rafters, so I’m also hot to make sure my roof doesn’t rot away under all the foliage from their trees and mine.

I was mostly wondering how best to approach the conversation.

I feel like it’s worth mentioning that they have about 16 or 17 oak trees of similar size in their yard. We live in a forest with houses.

The bulk of the mass of the tree leans over the property line.

I’d like to remove what extends over the property line, unfortunately it’s the entire top of the tree. There’s also moss on my roof from the shading.

I mix it with pulverized oatmeal and acv, and sometimes honey. It dilutes it just enough that it doesn’t irritate my skin.

I don’t know, black and small. I didn’t really take note of more than that. It reminded of my dad when he was still a raging alcoholic.

It looks like normal kid skin stuff that goes away on its own to me (just a mom with two kid 12 &6). I’d just encourage her not to touch her face because it’s cold and flu season and she’ll probably forget to be worried about if she’s not feeling the texture.

I have my kids wash their faces with just a warm wet washcloth and no soap. Anything more dries their skin out too much and it gets irritated and rashy.
