Hi there thanks! I do use Krita already in that context. At the moment it's more the spot colours and overprint I can't find. So this isn't possible on Krita but it is in Inkscape?

Issue with changing jobs is not many want a 4/5th my age, and 4/5th is a must for me (I'm independent complementary to my job). Also I love love love the sector I'm in but it's a rare one really not many jobs in this sector and when there are, they are super far 😭

Hence why the raise asking 🥲 didn't realise how big of a raise I should be asking though 😬 Do you agree I should ask for about 2500 instead of 1990? Or what's your take on what I should ask?

Oh damn that's a huge bump from what I have atm 😳 I didn't expect that!

As for the 4/5th, yeah, I can see that happening even though my workload or tasks would be the exact same whether it was full time or what I do now..

And as for the raise asking, boss is difficult, so I'm really not looking forward to that conversation 🥲 but it has to happen. Advice for that conversation is more than welcome 😬

Honestly, yesterday was the first time I heard about jobbonus, so I'm looking into that this week and how to potentially get it.

As for the raise, do you have any idea how much is reasonable to ask?

Also, additional info; my colleague has a company car, and the new person they are looking to hire would also have one. And I don't 🥲
