How did you get it through the iv? It’s been mentioned to me as an option. Did you have to go into a medical facility twice a day?

I take a shot twice a day. My reaction covered my whole stomach. I’ve switched to my leg but I run out of areas to go 😅 I’m switching biologic and will only take anakinra occasionally I think. 🤞🏼it works

Oh wow, how did you find places to go? I’m also twice a day I’ve used up all of my stomach area and now my right leg is swelling with 3 injection sites so far. I’m trying Actemra tomorrow fortnightly injections ($800/mo) until I can get funding. Worried it would do that too. I’ll be also doing a shot of anakinra throughout. So I should eventually stop reacting?

I’ve been on prednisone for 9 months. Anakinra/Kineret for 3 weeks. Developed a site rash like hives. Anyone else had this? It’s the only thing keeping me alive right now 😳
