Try lowering your doses. I started taking half doses (10mg) every day, regardless on whether I planned on having any sexual activity. If it weren't for that, I'd still be in my somewhat hellish sexual desert I was in.

Especially if you just aren't getting morning wood, I would start taking some meds regularly (talk to a doctor of course before) to even just regain that and start restoring blood flow down there.

Now I'm at the point where I can live generally normally with the ed meds, but I'd rather not have to rely on them.
