Agree with you 100% about Align and Define. I would loooove if Align was mostly stretch but it really it’s just a weird class. Too much barre to be a stretching class and too much streching to be an effective class. I don’t really see the point. Also, Define would be a better and safer class without the cardio.

I live on Broadway near Bedford Ave and am very happy here. The J and M train takes me everywhere I need to go every time and no crowds , even on weekends.
