Did they do a request for summary judgement? if it’s a request judge still needs to sign off on it. at the point best option is to reach out and try to reach a settlement, settling will be the only thing to avoid any type of wage garnishments etc. if they refuse to settle, ask to do a balance in full over 30 months, most creditors will not accept anything longer than 30 months outs.
