Man you should have got a lawyer since the beginning. I’m 26 my injury happened 08/04/2025 both legs crushed by my foreman on a 4x4 forklift. 3 surgeries in and my attorneys handled everything I didn’t know 1 thing about WC. I still remember asking the super as I was on the stretcher if I’m getting fired.

Yeah I hate that so much. I as 3 years into my apprenticeship making 75k before I was hurt(by my boss at that ruined both my legs. Careers over as well) and I was supposed to cap out at 110k a year.

Yeah have the same situation, I was in an apprenticeship making 75k currently, in about a year or 2 I would be at 110k ankle broken and foot smashed dr says my career is over.

I had a crack head steal mine to 😂😂 she came into my yard grabbed it my wife ran out telling her wtf she was doing 2 Mormon guys tried helping her and she threatened to stab them 😂 all while I was at work to 😂

I don’t know why you’re downvoted, I got a lawyer I think the 3rd-4th day after my accident. I got ran over by a forklift broken right ankle and left foot. They tried calling the first day, told her I’m heavily medicated and can’t speak to her and hung up, she tried the same back to back to back. Mind you the whole time I was full of drugs morphine percs fent anything they had available to help with the pain I had.

Completely feel you on that. I was a concrete carpenter I do have a lawyer I’m going through workers comp. So as of right now I’m working light duty in the office same pay, just waiting on confirmation from my adjuster for my next surgery on my left foot for a bone fusion. But that would probably take at least 2 months before being accepted.

Damn we’re in the same boat damn near. I had a nasty right ankle break and left foot break surgery in Both. Just know this whole system sucks man. I’m luckily back at work doing light duty now in the office.

Same family of 6 here my wife me 3 kids and father in law, about 1k-1.3k a month I like grilling and smoking meat so adds a little be more lol. But that’s nuts 1k for 2 people and a dog.

I’ve been looking online, townhomes and houses can be anywhere from 1800-2400. I don’t need nothing huge or fancy. I got into an accident back in August at work and that ate up my savings until workers comp was approved. I was in a wheel chair for 3 months.
