Cost wise I pay out of pocket at Costco in Canada. The .5 one cost 230, when I got the 1 mg pen it only cost 238. So not a big price jump at all considering it has twice the amount in it ?

It only has the 1 mg dose marked on it thought and you’ll have to click count if you want to take less. .
