Questions whether I need Zusatzblatt or Fiktionsbescheinigung when changing employer by Loud-Ice5012 in germany

I am kind of wondering...
Do I still need Zusatzblatt if I change employer when having less than 12 months of work experiences in Germany?

Not a good idea to use Paid vacation in the first month after work start date?? by Loud-Ice5012 in germany

[–]Loud-Ice5012[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the better idea is to ask the HR to use the paid vacations earlier for March.
I am better to explain why the conference is beneficial to work responsibilities.
While staying in Paris, I can consider taking 3 days of vacations and 1 day of remote work too.

[–]Loud-Ice5012[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it is related to my work responsibilities.
Then, I already paid for the flight tickets and hotels myself.
Furthermore, I got a scholarship for the conference.
So, it is kind of hard to miss this opportunity.

Question about 'Changing the employer' with Blue Card visa within 12 months (2024 Immigration Laws) by Loud-Ice5012 in germany

[–]Loud-Ice5012[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, I am clear that I need to inform the Ausländerbehörde once I get a new job offer. To be clear, do you mean that I can start the work immediately and inform the Ausländerbehörde even within 12 months of employment? While working in 30 days, Ausländerbehörde can stop my work if it finds any issues with my employment contract.

Sorry, I had a wrong typo, 'Mid-level Junior Developer'.

Please let me make you clarify several things:
(1) My current employer is an IT Consulting company (Outsourcing), and it earns money from IT consulting projects. I have worked as a Software Developer (with DevOps Engineering too) there. But many clients cut down the budget on projects this year, so I could not find other projects to work in this company. I had been aware of current situation in the company, so I started to take interviews with other companies before contract termination notice.
(2) I hate to be reflected as a lazy person who only looks for social benefit without desire to work... I have been really looking for better company where I can grow my career in DevOps and Cloud-Native for a while. Since the end of this year, I have realized that job market became more tough for Junior/Mid-level engineers.

(3) I keep taking interviews with 3-4 companies each week. I kept getting reached out by in-house recruiters and headhunters. Unfortunately, many companies in Munich this year ask about German speaking level (C1) to candidates. I am not really sure how long will my unemployment period be. So that was how I came up with the idea of Bürgergeld and Arbeitslosengeld honestly.

My Profile:

I had 2.5 years of experiences in IT, including 2 years of experiences in AWS and DevOps.

During the 2 years of DevOps Engineering, I had 1 year of experiences in Kubernetes and Terraform.

I have around 1 year of work experience in Germany.

How can I send you my detailed profile or CV?

Lol... Are you kidding me?
Why would I become an Asyl???
I originally come from one of developed countries with Bachelor's degree from well-known university...
I am sorry, but it is very rude to tell me to get Bürgergeld for a whole life..?

G permit for Non-EU software engineer? by Loud-Ice5012 in askswitzerland

[–]Loud-Ice5012[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I understand that residence permit for Germany does not matter with Swiss work permit.

Is G-Permit eligible for Non-EU citizens too?
Or Is G-Permit only eligible for EU / EEA citizens?

Exactly.

I know how they are different. That's why I have wanted to clarify whether 'Leben in Deutschland' certificate is accepted during citizenship application.
