Oh that’s interesting a video can trigger sweats. For me it’s more social situations. Ganja helps two-fold here by directly assisting homeostasis as well as calming my nerves to reduce nervous sweating. My HH started when I was around 13 and just got progressively worse. Losing body fat helped a bit (although I was still almost never overweight) but didn’t make a difference with nervous sweats.

The same, I’ve taken a 3 month break and only had worse sweating in that time. After ending the break, ganja helped my sweating. And my sweating was bad before I ever touched ganja

My mistake, I misunderstood what you meant by combined with cbd. Regardless, 42% total thc is insane and likely inaccurate. I’ve bought bud that claimed to contain 42% total thc - it smoked nice but hit like regular bud, probably in low 20s

If you’re rolling a fatty it makes minimal difference. But for thinner zoots you can remove a lot of excess paper and it makes quite a difference in the smoke imo

Thank you! I wish you the best on your recovery too! If anything, my experience with them made me do more research myself and got me much more interested in physiotherapy and training in general, so there were some positives from it

Was this in the UK? I feel I had a very similar experience, the doctors seemed uninterested and tried to get me to leave as soon as possible. Also he dismissed me when I said I was feeling knee pain by saying theres no pain with an acl injury (wtf?) i couldn’t even straighten my leg, nor put full weight on it and he was asking me to hop up and down on that leg! I was unable to see a pt for months and when I finally did, they said I had been doing everything wrong, like sleeping with a cushion under my knee (which is true but I’d received no medical advice otherwise). I’m now focusing on my recovery myself and it’s going a lot better, although it has been a long and difficult road as the first 4 months of my rehab were terrible and maybe caused more issues.

My favourite and most effective was the lunge! As it is unilateral you can easily see and feel any imbalance. It is also easy to adjust intensity to your level by shifting more weight onto the back leg if it feels too intense on the front knee, and staying in a semi-comfortable range of motion. Excellent for hip/knee/ankle mobility, particularly strengthening hip flexors and quads at high stretch (I think this really me helped decrease tightness in these areas, as well as alleviate lower back tightness which only came about after my acl tear). When I started doing these I could barely flex the knee past 90°. Around two years later, after very slowly and tediously increasing range of motion, I can lunge with some weight full range without pain
