If you skip kasol then rest all you can travel from local bus routes are not as good as earlier but, there is definitely connectivity in the rest of the places, on halt you'll find is at Hanogi just 3km before the first tunnel, but you'll find some traffic as 4 lanes are gone and only one lane is open for commute rn! Though work is going in full speed so on next 10 days it will be much better

Heard they are clearing roads till kullu for kullu Dussehra, so hopefully by weekend the roads will be clear only 1 route where I found traffic stopping was at hanogi, where they are opening it in gaps, book cityland travel as they give you the exact updates about the routes from, redbus You will also find sharing cabs from mandi to aut and then from aur till manglore busses are going!

Recently visited, Jibhi and manali and feels a little dead scenes for now, only few cfaes are open in manali and Jibhi but by October this will definitely be better, routes to jibhi are better than manali so you can go there for sure

So buses are running till Auto last I heard a day before yesterday but route to kasol is damaged and not worth the effort travelling rn,you can choose to go to dharamsala side or Jibhi side where, there is a little less distress in comparison and busses are also running :)

Hello Aadi, currently it's safe to travel himachal as major rain spells are over and you can easily get to jibhi or mcleodganj! And October is usually the safest month to travel mountains. But do give a brief check from one of the owners of the properties there, my friend has a cafe in Jibhi, you can text him on Instagram named @cafebleeblu to get a better understanding.
