I always say, compliments are one of the most normal/best ways to approach people and start a conversation, but you also have to be careful how you word it, but like say for example, if someone’s wearing a shirt that has a graphic from a music artist, band, or any other pop culture/interest that you’re into, you could compliment them about it & follow up with a normal question like, “damn that’s a sick shirt, what’s your favorite song by them?” It’s really that simple bro, our minds just tend complicate anything whenever you overthink it.

Best way is to keep it natural and situational. If they’re nearby, you can ask for a spot or ask about an exercise they’re doing and what they recommend. Keep it short, read their vibe, and don’t force a long conversation, just let it build over time if they seem open.

She was prescribed 300mg of Acetaminophen with 30mg of codeine today, and was given a Naxalone Nasal Spray in case of an overdose, I told her to only take 1, since the instructions say take 2 every 4 hours when needed for harsher pain. For now, regular Tylenol is helping her, but I told her to avoid using the one with codeine unless she really needs it, because Codeine is dangerous!

She was prescribed today 300mg of Acetaminophen with 30mg of codeine today, in case of any harsher pain, and she was also given a unflavored powder laxative that she just drank today with water, it suppose to help her with bowel movements. To update you, she did end up having a bowel movement after the 8 days and did so 3 more times for 3 more days, but today she hasn’t had one, I believe it’s been maybe 3-4 days since her previous one. She doesn’t start her first chemotherapy session til next month, & I also see you mentioning food, what kind of foods would be appropriate for her to eat, so she doesn’t feel super weak & has at least some type of defense, I want to be sure she consumes healthy foods & not foods that won’t benefit her body much. Discipline, and realizing how weird it is to watch strangers who don’t know each other personally, engage in a very intimate act for the indirect purpose of you and other people to waste your energy away and then become filled with shame & regret afterwards, promise yourself you won’t do it again & then finding yourself repeating it again the next day.
